Trent Atkins was born on December 27, 1978, in Minot, North Dakota. At the age of 4 his family moved to Vandenberg California where shortly after his parents divorced. Raised by his mother and her partner Paula, Trent became active in sports, practicing gymnastics for 10 years before moving on to diving. Excelling as a platform diver, Trent received a scholarship to Indiana University, the number one school for diving. Trent attended college for a year and a half before his mother passed away. This unfortunate tragedy led Trent on a wild ride in the club circuit and an addiction to crystal meth. Trent was fortunate enough to have some good friends who helped him get clean and soon he returned to school but due to his past mistakes he filed for bankruptcy in 2002.
